Ability: The Nagare clans kekkei genkai's ability is that it has exeptional Nature and Shape manipulation abilities. At its peak a Nagare Clan Member can absorb the natural energy in their surrondings and use it in a jutsu even if that type of energy is not thier inherent type. They can also mold chakra much easier and even a Genin Class ninja can add chkra to thier hands for an enhanced Taijutsu style of fighting. So in essence the Abata power is at its pefection teh complete and utter control of the flow of chakra. SO for skill in ranking it would go like this.

Academy Student; wouldn't know how.

Genin: Can mold chakra into body parts for enchanced speed and strangth and can use one type of natural energy to enchance their jutsu

Chunin: can further use the chkara molding into small blades, and minimal armor, can now use up to two types of elemental chakra.

Special Jonin: Can use chakra for many uses making jutus only unique to the clan but only in one area, and can use up to 3 types of elemental justsu

Jonin: can use aevry type of elemental Chakra in the area and can mold chakra in whatevr shape or form with enough focus to make jutsu unique to the clan. Can begin to use Senjutsu without worry.

Kage or equivalent rank. Perfect useof Elemental Control and Shape Control and Senjutsu Control
the user has reached the peak of chakra control and can use it readily in combat.

Appearance:When being used the said chakra surrounds the user in an aura corresponding to the color of the chakra being used.

History:When a certain group of ninja began trying bodily to grasp the control of chkra over time that group of ninja became the Nagare clan and have became more proficient in it over time.
