Personality: A strange personality fits this shinobi, as he holds no regard for the ironclast rules of conduct amongst shinobi. He acts in two distinct personalities, which could potentially be personas ... but his mind is a single entity, thus he is well aware of what he is doing. These personalities differ from each other vastly that they are sheer opposites.

One could be white, pure and kind, the other black, bloodthirsty and cruel.

His 'White' personality applies whenever he is in a populated and/or neutral area. Normally he desires peace of mind, and thus seeks to avoid trouble should he manage to do so. He is amiable and friendly to all who address him. A pacifist, but loyal to his village and thus will carry out any and all sensible orders.

But he is also quick to switch to the 'Black' personality. In which he becomes immediately hostile, and is not above using profanity and mockery against whoever may be incurring his wrath. This hatred is usually occurring in the midst of battle, and is always directed towards enemies. Tatsuyo is filled constantly with a ... passionate ... desire to kill and allow the crimson stream to drain away from his enemies. This personality is also rather poetic at times, strangely enough, when it comes to references of blood, death, war, and destruction. And there is little care for passerby.

This isn't some mere multi-personality disorder, this is a grand scheme of deception that confuses the gossipers about his true self. A scheme that creates confusion, which given his history, is something he wants.

Appearance: Beyond the fact that he wears the traditional shinobi uniform and hides his face with a mask. There is nothing of interest about his appearance, he looks like any other chunnin or higher ninja. His head band is attached to the head drape, and thus his hair is matted down. But with his recent interest in the Seven Shinobi Swordsmen, he dons a black Akatsuki-like cape(without the crimson cherry blossoms) that easily conceals his weapons ... although it makes him stick out like a sore thumb.

Villiage: Kirikagure

History: His own clan had been literally lowlives whose previous generations so many years ago were underlings to the Akatsuki. They were subjected, immediately after the war with that organization ended, to brutal treatment and discrimination.

From those years, they lived in obscurity and moved from land to land. Being driven out from everywhere. Only a few generations ago, they made their way to the land of Water and the ninja village of Kirigakure and found solace from the Mizukage, who was kind enough to pardon them of their 'crime' and allow them to remain as innocent citizens in the village. Council members of the village were dismayed at the decision and other villagers were still weary, but the Mizukage remained adamant in his decision ... and made his successor swear to treat the outcasts fairly.

With a new chance at perhaps a peaceful life, the whole clan integrated themselves as part of Kirigakure, eventually winning honor to their name for their sense of loyalty and work ethic. They ended up being a clan of ninjas once more, with a kekkei genkai far more developed than their long lost ancestors. A kind of manipulation of water about them, in some form. Though quite a few generations came to be, and many families had come together ... this trait came in two variations, a 'lesser' and a 'superior'. The 'lesser' trait was more common amongst the newly born and the 'superior' far rarer than anyone could expect for.

22 years ago, Tatsuyo was born with the 'superior' trait. That being absolute manipulation of all forms of water and other liquids in contact with his body or within his body. Vapour, Sweat, Blood, Tears, that came from him or that he came into contact with. With this trait, he set out to be a nin ... and with time climbed up the ranks of the shinobi world. He eventually reached the rank of Jonin, and often serves as a guard to Council Members and occaisionally the Mizukage.

But about a year ago, Tatsuyo developed an interest in 4th Mizukage's reign and his Village of 'Bloody Mist'. This interest lead to research about Zabuza, the demon ... and later into the Seven Shinobi Swordsmen of the mist. He set out, after a month of reading and searching, to find a blade worthy to call his own ... and strove to revive the Shinobi Swordsmen title of which he ultimately sought to acquire. This desire rose questions about his own clan's history and even with the good will of the Mizukage, people began to question how dangerous he could be. This caused him to develop two contrasting sets of personality, so as to create confusion about who or what he really was.

To make his last year of life quite explainable, it was a gruesome endeavour but with its own substantial rewards. He still serves as an active Jonin to Kirigakure, and executes all manners of B and A ranked missions.
