4.All carry a reknowned sword or set of swords, some have an inhuman apperance, example Kisame Hoshigaki, to an extent Zabuza Momochi. Most have shark-like pointy teeth. They don't have a unified clothing system so feel free to wear whatever you want.

5. Cool ass sword(s) for one, being part of a cool group, and looking inhuman, also able to use water jutsu.

2.. To protect and serve the Fire Daimyo, must be Special Jonin and Jonin Rank, shouldn't be Kage or equivalent rank but what do I know.

3. Protecting and serving the Fire Daimyo. (I know it gets redundant sometimes.)

4. Now, not thinking of the old one back 150 years ago these ones are united togother.

5. A sash with the kanji of fire, on it worn on the waist.

6. You get a cool sash, and you can use fire jutsu.
