Age: Your age if this isn't self explanatory

Gender: Male, Female, or Orochimaru's

Personality: Give detail on how your character acts, this is so we can determine if you are who your character is.

Appearance: Don't just say Avatar, put down height, type of clothes, body shape, etc. If you use an avatar, but if you don't then please try to go into detail on what you character looks like.

Rank:

Inherent Elemental Jutsu Type(s): ( Chunnin and lower 1, Special Jonin and Jonin 2, and Kage or equivalent Rank 3)

Villiage:

History: At least 2 paragraphs, mention, your curse seal, kekkei genkai and bijuu here if this is approved then put down the specifics of them in their specific template, not likely everything will be approved after they are written down, so you will not have to change your history.

Rp Sample: If you are applying for an advanced rank, there are no predetermined requirements for this, put down how much you think is needed for the rank you are applying for. or if you history is so awesome it can count as your rp sample.
