2.. Why does this group exist?, it can even be a squad like squad 7.

3. What special responsibilities does this group have if any.

4. United or just a common denominator, like for example The Seven Swordsmen of the Mist don't work togother.

5. Common Apperance if any

6. Incentive what special abilities or priviliges come with being in this group., do you get a cool reknowned sword,etc. Don;t make this crazy, well maybe as you go higher up.

Any Ninja can form a group as long as more then half of the people required are in it. though don;t make a two man team and hope to get away with it.
